I would not buy a car from this dealership if they were my last option. I spoke with the salesman Thomas Wiley originally in October to buy a Corolla. He stated he would watch for me and let me know when one was available. I found one available on their website so I called the dealership. I again was sent to Thomas. I asked him about the car. He asked if I had a trade. I said no. He said the car was available but was very flippant in his attitude. Now, I personally don't want to give commission to a person who could care less about me as a customer. So I called back and asked to speak to the sales manager. Malick the sales manager came to the phone and I explained the situation. He said that he will not sell me the hybrid model without a trade in. This was not a thing five minutes ago when I told Thomas I didn't have a trade. Also the website says for that car. Sale price or price with trade. Both Thomas and Malick do not value customer service or being truthful. Buyer beware. More
I called Toyota Direct, they offer me 2 options, choosed the one on Morse Rd. On Saturday Oct 29,22. answered Aubrey, who stated today I do not need appointment to change oil, because is a day anybody will the one on Morse Rd. I insisted to have an appointment either 3pm 4pm or 5pm or later. Aubrey insisted I can arrive any time and I will be assisted. I traveled 1 hour to be assistant, and at service they told me I need an appointment, and I was not schedules and it will close at 7 minutes, that is 4pm ET> Something similar happend me before, I called for an appointment. I talk to lady who set up an apointment to change oil. When I arrived, there was no appointment for me. The customer service to set up appointment to change oil of the vehicle is really bad. These are my 2 last experiences. Please train your client service people to give the right information by phone. Thank you More
Arrived at this dealership (Toyota Direct) on August 23, 2022 and was immediately greeted by Candy Strawn. I was looking to trade my 2019 Toyota Tacoma in for another Tacoma. Because of the shortage of ve 2022 and was immediately greeted by Candy Strawn. I was looking to trade my 2019 Toyota Tacoma in for another Tacoma. Because of the shortage of vehicles and just the rising prices in general I had equity in this vehicle even though it was a lease. Without getting into the numbers, I first visited Lancaster, Ohio Toyota and was quoted $440. on a new lease and that was selling my old lease to them. The Tacoma I was going to buy was basically the same, Tacoma 2022 TRD OFF ROAD and I was selling my lease a 2019 TRD SPORT. Lancaster's Buckeye Toyota quoted me a price of $440. a month with the owner/manager saying there was NO MOVEMENT on the price because they don't do that, it's take it or leave it situation and of course I left it. Travelled up north to the Toyota Direct dealership in Columbus, Ohio and that is when I was met by Candy Strawn. To make a long story short, with both the Tacoma at Buckeye Toyota and the Tacoma at Toyota Direct about the same in MSRP, I was shocked when Toyota Direct said they would sell me the new truck at $375. a month. Now I don't know about you folks out there but that is a difference of $65. a month and then if you multiply that by my 42 month lease, that is a difference of $2730 over the life of the lease. Anyone that purchases a Toyota from Buckeye Toyota should have their head examined. The only thing Buckeye Toyota has is their service department which is top notch. I rate their service department five stars for sure. The best advice I can give everyone is go see Candy Strawn at Toyota Direct and give her a chance to put you in a new or used Toyota. Candy is very knowledgeable and she will go to bat for you!! Great person and super friendly. More
Has such a great experience purchasing my first car with Toyota Direct. Ashiq assisted me and was so helpful, transparent, and motivated to find a car for me that fit my needs and budget. they pretend to be a class A dealership but underneath they're viscous sharks. I'd took my high milage Toyota in for service they charged me a lot of money returned my vehicle with damaged parts this dea they're viscous sharks. Susan fisher is a top rate sales person . Dhe helped us take my husbands name off our lease which wasn’t up for two more years. We ordered a new Rav 4 which is being built April 12. I bought a Toyota Camry 3 years ago. Although many of the employees are very nice, their business practices force me to give them a very poor rating.I bought the extended warranty for ab Although many of the employees are very nice, their business practices force me to give them a very poor rating.I bought the extended warranty for about $1500 which was completely worthless. The latest example (4 bad experiences so far) was that I had a problem with my windshield wipers and they wanted to charge me $135 to diagnose. I declined to authorize that expense. Later someone looked at it and told me a part was broken which would cost me $182 to have them fix. No thanks. I took it to another mechanic who wiggled the wiper arm and it has worked perfectly ever since. Every visit to their service department seemed to be an opportunity for them to charge me for something I didn't need or that should have been covered under warrantee. More
