I recently purchased a new 2011 Prius from Toyota Direct. I worked with Rich Greenberg and his sales manager Jim Bapst. I originally inquired on the internet and did so with three other local dealers. Toyot I worked with Rich Greenberg and his sales manager Jim Bapst. I originally inquired on the internet and did so with three other local dealers. Toyota Direct gave me the best price up front and mwas an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I went in Rich took the time to go over all of the figures and explained the process to me. He did a very good job showing me all of the features of the car and made sure I knew everything there was to know about it. Jim also made me feel comfortable with my decision and went out of his way to make sure I had a great car buying experience. They even had my car waiting for me with baloons and my name on it. I WOULD RECOMMEND TOYOTA DIRECT TO EVERYONE I KNOW. WHAT A GREAT PLACE! More

Bought a car at Toyota Direct, signed all of the documents. Went to pick up my car when agreed, and they told me that my car was sold to someone else. Would not honor price/financing for another car documents. Went to pick up my car when agreed, and they told me that my car was sold to someone else. Would not honor price/financing for another car. I feel cheated. Sales person was Tom Cochran. Going to buy a Honda now. More

Overall, I was very unimpressed with this dealership. I had seen a car I wanted on their website and called the internet sales manager to make an appointment to come in and test drive it. When I arrived f had seen a car I wanted on their website and called the internet sales manager to make an appointment to come in and test drive it. When I arrived for my appointment, the sales person I spoke with was 20 mins late, which was annoying. Also when it came time to talk about price, the initial price that they came out with was higher than the one I had seen on the Internet and specifically asked about. When I pointed this out, they said "oh wait a minute" and came out again with a price that was lower than the original, but still higher than the one on the Internet. Overall, I didn't feel they were dealing in good faith. More
