He told me he could get me a part that was “discontinued” and after waiting months and months he can not provide me a receipt or tell me when my parts will arrive. When I asked for a refund he said he couldn’t send my money back. More

The owner and prez of Santee Toyota think they are too good to call people back that have had issues there, so they put their parts, sales or service mgrs on the line to talk down to people, and cover up their corruption. I'm really surprised that Toyota Motors of America , and Toyota Japan corp. Allowed people like that at Santee Toyota to tarnish Toyotas good name with bad customer service and customer relations.
