Toyota does not provide diagnostic testing during the weekend. They only do routine maintenance. They don't mention this on their website or when you make the appointment. They will mention this once you are there and are not apologetic or willing to give options. In fact they attemp to blame you that they have too many customers on the weekend. I have taken my cars here for a very long time, but no longer. Not worth driving out of.my way for unnecessary aggravation.

Zero stars. They are working with a known scammer known as “Joe Joe” or Joseph Hudspeth is his true identity he sells parts illegally at an up charge to gain a profit. He told me he could get me a part that was “discontinued” and after waiting months and months he can not provide me a receipt or tell me when my parts will arrive. When I asked for a refund he said he couldn’t send my money back.

I wouldn't rate Santee Toyota negative 5 stars. This is the worst Toyota dealership in our country. They are real crooks. They are constantly ripping folks of at the dealership, plus they have criminals selling parts for them online. The owner and prez of Santee Toyota think they are too good to call people back that have had issues there, so they put their parts, sales or service mgrs on the line to talk down to people, and cover up their corruption. I'm really surprised that Toyota Motors of America , and Toyota Japan corp. Allowed people like that at Santee Toyota to tarnish Toyotas good name with bad customer service and customer relations. Shame on Toyota.

Nice and very cooperative people. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, they are great.

I bring my vehicle in as needed. Their time estimate is good. If additional maintenance needs to be done, they do the work as quickly as possible. The staff, especially Ed K. , is friendly and efficient

The service manager David Andersen is the reason I go here for my service needs. He is knowledgeable and personable and I trust his recommendations.
