Tom said, 'Since you were expecting 4-5 hours we can give you a complimentary Supreme car wash service. This turned out very nice. The 92K mile service was completed on time. I love the coffee and comfortable, internet and cable friendly lounge area. More

I was so impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and personal attention given by I took my 2017 Totota Sienna in for 20,000 mi/24 month service today. I was so impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and personal attention given by the Service Dept Staff that I wanted to take a few mins out of my busy schedule to thank them. The entire staff, from scheduling to reception to the cashier desk, were most pleasant and everyone displayed the utmost in professionalism. As good as they all were, I cannot overstate the ‘above and beyond’ professionalism exhibited by Service Advisor Mr. Shawn Hodges! Clearly the most knowledgeable, forthright, and personalized customer service support I have received anywhere (not just within the automobile services support arena)! Kudos to Toyota Carlsbad for having such a phenomenal individual on your team! Nothing within 100 miles...so she got me a super rental car deal since I needed the car for a friend’s memorial over the weekend!
