Disapointed in the interior detail work Had the interior of my truck detailed. I was disappointed that my front floor carpet was not cleaned. The plastic that was under the floor mats (from when I purchased the truck) were still on. I would have thought it would've been peeled off and the carpet cleaned especially that the edges were filthy with dirt over time, I guess they thought it looked cleaned. The edges on my windows were not clean, looks like the windows were closed the entire time, should've cracked the window to clean the edges. $129.95 was not worth the detail work done. I will not get my truck detailed at your delearship ever again. The associates that greeted me, Isabell Staiger and the Cashier were wonderful, I do not blame them for the poor service done inside my truck. More

After waiting too long to see anyone, everyone was great Although I had an appointment, it took almost ten minutes before anyone came up to my car - I was first in line. He informed me about all the points that this service covers and set me up with free coffee and a tour of the new Prius models, what I could expect if I traded mine in, and all the benefits that would be on the latest developments...self-parallel parking? REALLY?! Chase Manary got to play show and tell with all the brand new Prius models. What FUN! I was going to go next door to Toyota and sell some stocks at TDAmeritrade to pay my taxes...what if I sold just a little more to cover the cost of a 2018 high tech Prius and surprise my bride!...minus my trade-in! WOW! I'm a genius! Jennifer checked me out at the cashier desk (she's alot better looking than either Jeff or Chase!) and gave me a free car wash! How good is that? My whole experience at Toyota was memorable. More

My battery is leaking When for an oil change I was told that my battery was leaking. Then tried to sell me the same battery telling me that it's going to have a 7 year warr When for an oil change I was told that my battery was leaking. Then tried to sell me the same battery telling me that it's going to have a 7 year warranty my car is 4 years old that means the battery in my car has a 7 year warranty. I didn't question it because I'm going to get some that doesn't leak all over my engine bay. Pretty unbelievable but I guess that's just the way it is. More
