I had a radiator and thermostat placed on my 2007 Solara. Nothing fancy, just old with a 265K miles on it. I only take my vehicle to Toyota Service, but this was the first time at Carlsbad. In conclusion, I will be returning for future services as the advisors are mature professions. Service was great. Operations started on time at 7am where I was updated every step and was offered a rental for half the day to go to work while repairs were completed. I even got a 100 dollar discount at the end.
