Worse Service Dept EVER They ALWAYS have excuses for your vehicle not being ready when promised. They try to sell you things you do not need. Never fixed the problem I took They ALWAYS have excuses for your vehicle not being ready when promised. They try to sell you things you do not need. Never fixed the problem I took it in for nor did they ask me to bring it back. They DO NOT call you back when they say they will. Just don't do business with this dealership because it WILL effect your health one way or another. And for those of you that have a diesel, they NEVER have enough mechanics to work on your vehicle. Saramonte Ford doesnt have any diesel mechanics either. Your best bet is either Sunnyvale Ford or go to Murrays Auto in San Mateo, Kerin knows diesel trucks and the newer diesel engines. Save yourself a huge headache and steer clear of Towne Ford. More

GREAT FROM THE TIME I CAME IN ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I HAD AN OIL CHANGE. THEY GOT IT IN AND OUT REALLY FAST. Get car fixed This is a really bad dealership to even walk in. 1st they are so disorganized & don't remind you when you have your appointment. 2nd they lie to you a This is a really bad dealership to even walk in. 1st they are so disorganized & don't remind you when you have your appointment. 2nd they lie to you about what's being done on your car, & this is them just delaying the fixing process & 3rd there customer service is terrible. I can tell 99% of those people don't like they're not job & not even doing their job properly. I've been very dissatisfied overall. More
