Hugh Johnson was my contact at Town & Country and he was always available for questions and if he didn’t have an answer he was quick to find one. I have bought 3 Edges with this dealership and this Explorer. A Former Loaner, should have been presented on delivery to me as a new vehicle and all detailed as new with the price paid. Regardless of the Items i was giving up with the Edge i traded in, i should have been offered the same items such as Gap insurance, tire road Hazard and the 4-year premium extended care incorporated into the price and my payment should not have gone up. I should not have had to a down payments well due to the fact the vehicle i traded in went thru 2 converters in the same year. A good dealer owner who is aware i have been a buyer for the last 12 years would have. Basically, i had to trade the former in if the engine light went on again i would have had to claim lemon law. Not good for Ford and a lot of paperwork. Dealer has some great people working there and i hope that all my information from this new vehicle gets transferred to their service department this time, so they are aware where i bought the vehicle. More
