Not the dealers fault but they had the car for a week with a navigation issues on speaking the street names. Ford tech support claims it’s a software issue and wait for sync update. Also had Ford performance tune installed tech forget to save the old and new PC3 files so I can never retune to stock. Ford can’t recover the files??? More

In today's world, (Amazon Prime World) everyone is in a rush to have things completed and when this happens mistakes seem to occur. Town and Country have not experienced that with our cars. If the service writer has questions or needs to relay anything to their customer, they do their best to update you with any concerns promptly. More

Right vehicle for us We had a leased 2016 Hyundai Tuscan that we liked but didn't want to purchase. As we are now both retired we decided to go to one vehicle. After trying many vehicles, we decided on the Ford Escape Titanium. We're still learning and discovering all the many options and safety features, but, so far, we both enjoy driving and riding in this 2017 Escape. The buying experience was easy, quick and pleasant.
