How disappointing. It took them 4+ days for any appraisal on my trade in. How do they stay in business with lack of service?? I did everything in good faith. Service was good, the process efficient. Employees were friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. I still have two issues that evidently cannot or will not be friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. I still have two issues that evidently cannot or will not be addressed: One of the keys does not function properly and repair or replacement has been denied. Also when open the tailgate is slightly higher than the bed of the truck and causes a problem unloading heavy objects. I have been told there is no adjustment that can be made. So still somewhat disgruntled with Ford and the dealership. More

Bill worthington, service manager, is so responsive! my A/c died in the middle of a heat wave and despite no availability for an appointment, Bill got me in on the same day, sent me off in a loaner car, an A/c died in the middle of a heat wave and despite no availability for an appointment, Bill got me in on the same day, sent me off in a loaner car, and my truck was fixed and ready for pickup 2 days later. I am asthmatic so no air is a crisis for me, not just a luxury. Thank you Bill for always taking care of my F150 and me! More

Ordered a new Ford Bronco Outer Banks during the 'global unveiling' online and never once thought about which dealer I would place this through. My local dealerships in central North Carolina are very weak unveiling' online and never once thought about which dealer I would place this through. My local dealerships in central North Carolina are very weak compared to the service and professionalism of Charlotte's Town and Country Ford. Throughout the one year waiting for the vehicle to be manufactured and arrive I was kept up to date with all activity and could call and get updates as needed through the process. Upon delivery I could not have been happier with how the transaction was handled. Nuances of the vehicle were reviewed, paperwork flowed easily, and the Bronco was well prepped and ready to shine on its way home. Well done. More

My tire went flat this morning beyond repair. I called several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Co several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Country Ford and although they did not have the tire, they assured me they could get it within an hour. They fit me in, put a new tire on my car, and replaced the rear brakes. These guys are professional and friendly and had the empathy I needed today. It was amazing to have a company go out of their way to help you get back on the road. Definitely top notch service here. Thanks so much! More
