SERVICE VISIT

They had my expedition for a week. No phone calls no emails no text messages. I called every day left messages no response. Finally get ahold of a tec and the car was not even evaluat No phone calls no emails no text messages. I called every day left messages no response. Finally get ahold of a tec and the car was not even evaluated for what it was brought in for. Loss of execration anf the wrench alert ( powertrain control module pcm reprogramming) and engine alert. Did not address the recall but managed to come up with a leqk in a radiator hose and that it dripped on a censor. Not a drop of anything on my garage floor. The cost 2 Grand for what they are saying is the issue. I call xx on this. More
