They sell LEMONS..... they refused to do anything about it! I reviewd the carfax (which they had on hand when I bought the car) and the transmission issue had been a problem with the car! They knew this and didnt inform me before purchasing. Now I'm stuck with a nonrunning car and a huge loan. Do Not Do Business with these conmen. Thank you so much More
Great experience My old car need a new gasket and I had to find another car in a hurry. I told John the price range I could afford and style of car I wanted. He had My old car need a new gasket and I had to find another car in a hurry. I told John the price range I could afford and style of car I wanted. He had three cars for me to look at and at reasonable prices. I test drove all three and decided on one. He said I should have my mechanic check it out first. I took it to my mechanic and he went over it with a fine tooth comb. It needed some minor repairs and a couple of new tires but nothing major. I am extremely happy with the whole buying process. Misleading I flew from Florida to purchase the van. I needed honesty about the condition of the van. When I arrived, the van had the check engine light on. They I flew from Florida to purchase the van. I needed honesty about the condition of the van. When I arrived, the van had the check engine light on. They said it just came on the night before. That was not true. They admitted that later. After having a mechanic look at the issue. It was determined to be a $1500 repair. We did negotiate a price but it was far from covering the cost. They new they had me. I flew there with no way home. They also did not tell me the AC was not working. I thought I checked it. But, it was cold that morning so it was blowing cold. Once the vet got on the road heading home to FL I realized it was not working. That was an additional $600 repair. The left tire had a slow leak as well. At my first rest stop I realized it was low. I also made the mistake in not testing the horn until I needed it. Both horns were shot. $400 repair. Be very careful with these guys! More
$800 of repairs first week Bought a 2008 Ford Escape in Nov 2015. Knew it needed tires. Didn't know it needed tie rod ends, oil sending unit and had bad gasket. $800 in repairs Bought a 2008 Ford Escape in Nov 2015. Knew it needed tires. Didn't know it needed tie rod ends, oil sending unit and had bad gasket. $800 in repairs right off the bat, plus the tires. I was told they "drive the cars" but most are not seen by any mechanic and it is "sorry" when you contact them about your problems. Oh, but they drip charisma and Southern charm. BEWARE!!! More

They are complete fraudsters. They sold me a car with a broken head gasket. They are not suppose to sell cars that won't pass emissions. They offered to get my tag so they could pass the emissions which they did something fraudulent. My check engine light has been on since the second day I bought the car. I took the car back to them twice and my problem was never solved. I then took the car to Ford to find out it has a blown head gasket. Please stay away from here and never buy a car from here. More

I took it back to them three times to fix the car to pass emissions. In Georgia, a dealer cannot sell a car that doesn't pass emissions. The fourth time I took it to them they somehow got a "passing" emissions inspection for me without the monitors going through a complete drive cycle. So there is no way it passed emissions. I intend to file a complaint with whoever oversees the emissions process since I believe what they did is ILLEGAL. Buyer beware of Town Square Motors in Lawrenceville, GA. More

They had the best price for a 2006 Tucson. I sent and email to Tom and his response was prompt. I then called him and he answered all my questions. I drove for over two hours and the vehicle was exactly email to Tom and his response was prompt. I then called him and he answered all my questions. I drove for over two hours and the vehicle was exactly what Tom described, down to the small door ding on the side. I paid him, signed the papers and it was the shortest time I have spent buying a used car. There is no $499 document fee and no additional charges.I would definitely consider this Dealership for my next car. More
when i first went to town sq motors 8 years ago and got my truck from them it was a wonderful experience. the price was fair and they worked with me on my payments. i only had one problem with my ford expl my truck from them it was a wonderful experience. the price was fair and they worked with me on my payments. i only had one problem with my ford explorer which was nothing more than needing a new gas cap. other than that it was a wonderful truck and over all a good experience. then in June of this year i totaled my truck and was needing a new car. so i went back there, and the same sales person(tom) was there. he said he had left there not shortly after i had gotten my truck and had only been back a month. well i found a jeep liberty that was in my price range so i got it. and when i drove it off the lot i heard a squeaking noise but thought it was nothing. so in July the day i went to go make my first payment i get in my jeep and find the passengers side full of water from where it had rained the night before. so with it being a used car i just figured it was a worn out seal on the sun roof. so on sat 7/14/2012 i took it to the jeep dealership of mall of GA to not only get it fixed but looked over to see if there were any other problems. and there was, the sun roof was 123.76 and then i paid 85.43 to have the carpets dried shampooed and deodorized so there wouldn't b any mold problems later. then the transmission was leaking so they had to replace the seal which was another 100.00 so i didn't think that was really that bad since it was a used car, by the way it was a 2005. but then they informed me that the squeaking i was hearing was the rear differential and it was going to b 1455.80. so i didn't have the money at the time to get that done and i wanted to get a second opion. so just by fate on 9/25 my check engine light came on so i took it to Hayes Chrysler dodge jeep to get them to check it out and ask about the rear dif. and they said yes the rear did need to b redone and that i now needed a total of about 7000.00 in repairs to the engine and the gas tank. so needless to say i started to cry. i put 6000.00 down on the jeep still owe 3000.00 and now need that kinda work on it.well the day before i took it in my mom went by t.s.m and talked with tom and told him about the light being on and he said have them check it out and depending on what needed to b done if i needed to i might could just bring it back and trade it in on another car. so after we picked it up from Hayes mom aid lets go by and tell him whats going on and i told her we were just wasting our time that they wernt going to do anything. and boy was i right! he first wanted to say that's what we get for taking it to a jeep dealer that they r going to over charger u anyway. and then when mom asked about trading it in he said "no way there is too much wrong with it"and i told mom lets leave, and she said we should still try to work something out. then that's when tom got very ugly and disrespectful with my mom and just kept repeating"im not paying for anything". and i told him he need not talk to my mom that way, i hadn't even asked him to pay for anything i just wanted to let him know he sold me a piece of xxxx and is there anything he could do about it. he said nope we r on our own. so i told him thank u very much and to never expect a kind word to ever come out of my mouth about his place again. this was the second purchase we had made from them and my mom was actually thinking of getting a car from them as well. well thank god she found what she wanted at another place.so i hope that everyone that reads this will see their idea of customer service and run like he*l the other way when it comes to buying anything from them.i really cant believe my first experience of buying a car from them would have been beyond 5 stars. but now i wish i could put a minus or take away stars. and if ever i am driving by there and see someone looking i will tell them what happened to me and just say if u r going to get a car from them to first take it to a place and have it checked out first. it is people like tom and town square motors that give used car sales men a bad name More
I was working with my mother to find a car after hers was totaled in a accident, I go by Town Square Motors and they had 2 trucks I liked so I took the time to get information on them and contacted my mother totaled in a accident, I go by Town Square Motors and they had 2 trucks I liked so I took the time to get information on them and contacted my mother, she goes there & tell them I sent her she test drive the carto my house to see it and tell herI like it, the following day the truck was purchased for her. I called Townsquare Motors to get referal fee and couldn't believe they told me they cant afford to pay me one as if I'm at fault on how much they made off the vehice which now I wish I never refered her and it was still sitting on their lot without making a dime. To me customer service is everything and the gentlemen there have none. If they cant afford a referral I would hate to see how they afford to handle problem with vehicle purchased. They have their money so that's all they concerned about. More
