Town Square Motors

I was working with my mother to find a car after hers was totaled in a accident, I go by Town Square Motors and they had 2 trucks I liked so I took the time to get information on them and contacted my mother totaled in a accident, I go by Town Square Motors and they had 2 trucks I liked so I took the time to get information on them and contacted my mother, she goes there & tell them I sent her she test drive the carto my house to see it and tell herI like it, the following day the truck was purchased for her. I called Townsquare Motors to get referal fee and couldn't believe they told me they cant afford to pay me one as if I'm at fault on how much they made off the vehice which now I wish I never refered her and it was still sitting on their lot without making a dime. To me customer service is everything and the gentlemen there have none. If they cant afford a referral I would hate to see how they afford to handle problem with vehicle purchased. They have their money so that's all they concerned about. More
