Said anything to make the deal and first it was waiting for an ordered tire then turned into “no one has contacted you”? To the tire is too expensive and we can’t afford to accommodate. ***UPDATE*** After a negative review on this site and reading the Certified Pre-Owned contract I purchased when buying this truck at a substantial increase in cost, the dealership reached out to me and told me that a spare tire was included in the purchase contract. After about a month I received my tire and rim. I am still disappointed with the effort and attitude that was required to rectify this matter. I still unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership and will no longer be using any of their services in the future. I hope a tire that you ultimately ended up purchasing was worth the loss of a loyal customer. More

I didn’t plan to buy that night, but he brought out a second vehicle in the color I preferred plus a moonroof for with not much more than the original vehicle I came to see. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything about the vehicle so clearly, which I really appreciate, as a first-time buyer. After talking things over with him & the other guys in Management & Finance, we were able to come to agreement on a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with their friendly service & my wonderful new purchase! Strongly recommend! More

If not for this, I would have settled for used and not have gotten what I really wanted. Thom did everything to help me out and stayed extremely patient even though I unfortunately came in completely unprepared for a purchase. Was expecting him to be very pushy but I was pleasantly surprised he wasn't (unlike my last car purchasing experience). If you're looking to make the leap, I highly recommend doing so with Thomas during this time of year. Was pretty nervous, but in the end it turned out just fine. More
