I am absolutely furious with my experience at Town East Ford in Mesquite. I spent three days going back and forth with a sales guy named Saul about leasing a Ford Mach-E Premium. We agreed on the terms, an Ford in Mesquite. I spent three days going back and forth with a sales guy named Saul about leasing a Ford Mach-E Premium. We agreed on the terms, and I made sure to confirm the details not once, not twice, but three separate times before making the drive—because I live an hour away! I even messaged Saul right before I left, and he told me the car was ready and waiting for me. So imagine how pissed I was when I got there and Saul suddenly tells me the white Mach-E we agreed on was already sold. Seriously? After all that confirming? The only thing they had left was a magenta one or a higher trim that would cost me $100 more every month. No apology, no attempt to make it right, not even a suggestion for a comparable deal. Just a shrug and a “take it or leave it” attitude. It honestly felt like they think customers’ time is worthless. I wasted two hours of my life driving for nothing, all because they couldn’t be bothered to give me a straight answer. This is exactly the kind of shady, bait-and-switch nonsense that gives car dealerships a bad name. They didn’t care at all about the agreement we made or the effort I put in to confirm everything. If you value your time or your money, stay far away from Town East Ford. These people will say whatever they need to get you in the door, then try to squeeze more money out of you once you show up. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. Don’t let them waste your time like they did mine. More
