The pull tab card had us matched as a winner and instructed us to head to the dealership to claim it. At the dealership we were told every car was a winner and only enrolled you in a chance to win another prize at a kiosk at their dealership. So instead of the smart TV the lotto card told us we won, we ended up "winning" one knock off earpod, not even one for each ear, just one. So they basically lied to 1000s of people who were mailed the contest and duped them into coming into their dealership and wasting everyone's time. More
Buyers beware! I am writing a formal complaint/ review on the experience and service my husband and I received at this dealership by the General Sales Manager, Sco I am writing a formal complaint/ review on the experience and service my husband and I received at this dealership by the General Sales Manager, Scott Middleton and the General Manager Scott Graap. The issue began when we purchased a brand new Nissan Sentra with 9 miles on it and the vehicle had a defeat with the emergency sensor that was a safety hazard for us to continue to operate the vehicle. Instead of this dealership offering good customer service when we called in to voice our issues and concerns, we were given the run around and had to go back to the dealership to address the issue. The vehicle was traded out for another brand new Nissan Sentra which we discovered had a maintenance issue with the back tires that would have required it to be in the shop for repair. The dealership staff made several excuses about the repair issue and offered no accommodation for the inconvenience this has caused us as a new customer of this dealership. Frustrated that we had gone through the process of 2 vehicles and had experience poor customer service trying to resolve these issue with the brand new cars we had purchased, we wanted to speak with a manager hoping to come to some resolution. We returned to speak with the GM about the service we had been provided and the quality of vehicle we had been sold and that’s when we spoke with the GM Sales manager Scott Middleton. Scott Middleton was very unprofessional, his response and tone to our concerns left us feeling even more devalued. What made the issue worse was when he became irate because we had the finance company on the line requesting to speak with him to see if he would unwind the deal since we no longer felt comfortable making the purchase due to several issues we had with 2 different cars. Scott Middleton insulted my husband and I by calling my husband ignorant, I was highly offended, not only to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner as a customer but as a person of color… when someone calls you ignorant they are basically calling you a xxxxxx which is the most offensive word anyone could ever use. My husband left out of the dealership and I tried my best to let Scott know that he spoke very offensively to my husband and me, that we were extremely insulted by his comments and actions. Scott’s response was to mock me like an elementary school kid and go on to say he could not be racist because he is white and his wife is black. I felt even more offended, as if that is a defense to call someone out of their name and to use such insulting language. I left the key to the vehicle on his desk and left with disbelief that this is the representation of the Nissan brand, that he is a leader of the staff at this establishment and is setting this level of standard of service to customers. My husband and I wanted nothing more than to get out of this deal, as we both felt uneasy paying for a new car form this dealership since the 2 cars sold to use had these type of problems and to top it off we were both treated with such extreme disrespect and regarded as a devalued customer. We return the next morning to speak with the GM Scott Graap, hoping he would be more professional but that quickly became obvious that the apple did not fall far from the tree. The GM Scott Graap refused to release us from the deal even though we were not under a finance contract and the bank that had our application was willing to let go of the deal. Scott Graap reason was because it would set a standard in sales for the dealership, they are more concern with sales numbers and commission than representing their selves as respectable and ethical business men that uphold the Nissan brand and standard. My husband and I left Scotts office and let him know that we are not pleased with the outcome of our experience and service here and were not comfortable proceeding with the deal. We chose to purchase a vehicle through the Nissan brand because we have been drivers of Nissan brand for over 15 years and have purchased 3 different vehicles from 2 other Nissan dealerships and never have we ever experience such degrading behavior until now. Scott Graap and Scott Middleton bullied us into purchasing a vehicle from this lot by not un-winding the deal but instead calling the finance company and getting them to speed up the process. To top it all off, to avoid purchasing a new car that would have been force to be in a repair shop the same day of purchase we were left with no other option than to trade the vehicle out for the 3rd time, for a car that was not what we had originally wanted. We are not happy with the vehicle we have, nor the experience that we had to endure with this management team. I am sharing my experience because I know I am not the only one who has probably had this happen to them at this dealership… not everyone has the time or the courage to speak up. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this letter and makes drastic changes in the leadership he has at his establishment, as well as Nissan who although this is a franchise location, it is still a reflection of the brand. I can say that my family will never purchase another vehicle, come in for vehicle service or refer anyone to the Kennesaw Nissan Dealership. Scott Graap and Scott Middleton may feel proud that you sold 3 cars but you should be ashamed that you have to stoop so low and treat customers so degrading to do so, that’s a lost not a win. More
Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Both the sales GM and the GM of this dealership are not as friendly as they seem. The name of both are Scott and one of them try to be all peaceful bu Both the sales GM and the GM of this dealership are not as friendly as they seem. The name of both are Scott and one of them try to be all peaceful but don't let them fool you. The sales GM is a xxxxx he will look down on judge you and will not help you if he doesn't like you.....and when you tell the GM about the sales GM unprofessional he will just take his side because they are all buddies and have each other backs so you as a customer have nothing to say or they will not do anything for you ....they will claim that it just a misunderstanding just shut up and take your car leave since you are just trash to them.....trust me they will show their true colors once they don't like you.... I will never refer anyone to this dealership....I don't like playing the race card but in this instance they definitely made me feel hated...and just judged by a sales GM that is just bad for that company I would never want to hire someone like that idiot...just to let you know I purchase a 2018 car and they treated me like I was just a piece of trash that I didn't deserve the respect or the service of a customer...something was wrong with the 2018 car but they refuse to hear me out and told me to come back at their convenience.....didn't even try to help me with the issue of the new car....other dealers would of gave me a loner till the car was fix but that sales GM was such a disgrace that he just told me to leave and come back when someone can take a look at it.... so please don't shop there if you are in that area looking for a Nissan go somewhere else....I should of went back to Hyundai down the street maybe they would of treated me with more respect....... Find ANYONE else Honestly the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Rich was rude about my having stuff in my back seat, and even went as far as notating "TON OF STUFF IN BACK CAUSING NOISE" on my service sheet (less than 50 lbs of stuff in the back seat and trunk, and my complaint was about the front end suspension, not anything in the rear). I had my boyfriend (a technician at a different manufacturer) look at it after seevice, and he said they couldn't have touched my suspension because it still had grease/dirt with no tool or hand markings, but that they had sprayed something to make the noise stop, even though what I came in for was a known problem with this model. Not to mention that my brakes (no brake work requested) were so loud and tight when I left that I thought they had removed my brake pads. Skipped out on work because it was still in warranty, and it's still making the same noise less than 5 miles driving on it. I'll be driving 45 minutes out of my way to get service done at the dealer I purchased from, even though my car won't be in warranty at that point. At least my car was still in warranty so I didn't have to pay these creeps anything. More

last dealership around, I'd go back to a horse and carriage I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, Bernard Faulk, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone. More
