If it had not been for the salesman Percy Sledge I am sure the car buying experience would have been a lot more stressful for my Mom. He went the extra mile in secure the type of car she wanted, have on sure the car buying experience would have been a lot more stressful for my Mom. He was super friendly and helpful every step of the way. The finance manager was friendly and explained everything to my Mom with the utmost patience and professionalism. Overall our experience with buying the car was excellant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone look to buy a new car. More

A friend told me to ask for Nick because a friend of hers bought a car with Nick`s help. I did not have any good experiences at ANY other Nissan dealers, so I took a drive for over 2 hours! It was worth it, I got real answers, no lies and what I needed most... help. Nick took the time to ask me questions about what I needed, how I would use my vehicle and found exactly what fit my needs and did it way under my budget. I have never in my life had experience like this. No pressure, no underhanded tactisc, we laughed, drove 3 cars and Nick pointed out why I did not need the more expensive car I looked at first. He showed me everything that the car offered. He Gave me his personal cell number and said if I ever have any questions to call him. His manager worked with us and gave me a great deal with not only a big rebate but a discount that made it possible to keep my payment where I needed it! My roomate will need a car soon and I will only recommend Nick Pullano. His business manager Trent, even got me a better interest rate than my own bank offered me! When all was said and done I had to get home quickly. Nick followed me to the gas station at the highway on ramp in his own vehicle and filled my gas tank for me! This was after the dealership closed and it was very late. He even asked that I text him so he would know I made it home ok that night. He worked extremly well on my sister's deal, so i had no hesitation going back to see him when i was ready to purchase. Nick will NOT push you into a car. He is very straight forward and honest. Just my suggestion: Make a visit to the dealership, ask for Nick, let him show you around and then in the next couple of days think about the car you're looking at. Make a few phone calls with Nick asking questions about the car, maybe something you forgot to ask. You WILL see what i mean about Nick's personality. Supreb!!!! Once you have made the deal with Nick ask for Trent (the Finance Director). Again supreb!! This man has what i think is an impossible job of getting people outstanding results when financing with Nissan. He will diffently do everything he can to get you the best possible rate for you. And will talk with you about every option you have and ran numbers many times for me to see different angles on where I wanted to be. He did all this with a smile and great since of humor. Last thing i did after everything was sealed, i went behind the curtain and shook the BIG MAN's hand. ( Jason- General Sales Manager) and again he was as nice as could be. We had a small conversation in his office that just made the whole process of this deal even better. I truelly believe everyone walked away happy! My brother had contacted him on the phone prior to my arrival to inquire about the current inventory. My brother was sold just because of his attitude alone and insisted we go to Nick for our purchase. Meeting Nick was a pleasure, and a relief. He was approachable, friendly, and most of all.....honest. We got a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. My brother went back and purchased a car from Nick today. My mother is next. More

One of the dealerships was a friend of a friend and was supposed to give me a fantastic deal. I got a better deal and better service from Town Center and had no affiliation with them. They did everything right. They were friendly, courteous, listened to my needs and gave me the extras that I wanted. Not to mention the bottom line price was consistant to what I was expecting from my online research. Just about everytime I went to the dealership they were training and quizzing the sales associates on all the features of particular vehicles. Overall, the best experience that I ever had buying a vehicle. More
My overall experience with this dealership was very unpleasant. I was taken advantage of by the sales manager who proceeded to try to pry into my personal life and at the same time make the sale. He likes to prey on woman and use his kindness to the advantage by being flirty. The salesman I did start out with was very nice and was not pushy. The sales manager told me that I was given such a great deal by putting me into a lease. Mind you, I have never leased before and being a first time buyer. Later did I find out that the deal he put me in ended up putting me into a bad financial situation. DO NOT LET HIS KINDNESS FULL YOU!!!! More
