I say that I would recommend because we have a fairly good history with Honda service, having had a pilot in the past. The molding on my driver‘s door had peeled back a few weeks ago and maybe a week lat good history with Honda service, having had a pilot in the past. The molding on my driver‘s door had peeled back a few weeks ago and maybe a week later when I called the dealership to see what to do the appointment available was two weeks out. After a two hour wait at the scheduled appointment time, the service rep who was very kind let us know that it was not within warranty. We missed it by 4000 miles. And the part was backordered and the best thing to do was for them to tear off the whole thing and wait for it to come in to be reapplied. This could be tomorrow or a month from now. I was just thinking that some of that I could’ve been told over the phone when I called to report our problem. And then the wait to get that answer but nothing done seemed like a long time. I had a couple of kids with me. Anyway, everyone there was very friendly. we like the staff. Of course I’m frustrated because it’s a fairly new vehicle but yet this is only covered for under 12,000 miles. I drive a lot so of course that was already gone. More

The next morning, James had a car setting out for us to drive. Quickest deal in 58 years we as a couple ever made. We loved the fact that we were introduced to Chris, a manager of Tower and the nice friendly service people, Shannon & Gary. We will readily recommend anyone who is shopping for a car to your dealership. James Cartwright was a dream of a salesman -- not a high-pressure salesman, just a real gentleman who wanted our needs met. After meeting with the financial guy, Brian, waiting for our car to be made ready and gassed up we were out the door in 3 1/2 hours from time of arrival. More
