When I arrived at Tony Volkswagen this morning to drop off my son’s car, I was informed that there was no shuttle available to take me back to my home to Mililani. Wendi Milisits From the service departme off my son’s car, I was informed that there was no shuttle available to take me back to my home to Mililani. Wendi Milisits From the service department quickly told me that she would look for a shuttle driver from one of the other dealers. Within as little as 10 minutes, Joleen was located and had come quickly to the Volkswagen dealership to make sure I got a ride home. In spite of this last minute requirement, Joleen, not once had anything negative to say. In fact, she was extremely positive and happy throughout the duration of dropping off another customer and then dropping me off at my home. I was extremely impressed and relieved just because of Joleen Yeah‘s very positive attitude. I lsure hope she is well rewarded for her. Excellent service! More
