I was really pleased with the staff at Tony Serra. I went in for what I knew was going to be a big service and they gave me a quote for it of 968.00 dollars. The bill turned out to be a 1050 dollars s I went in for what I knew was going to be a big service and they gave me a quote for it of 968.00 dollars. The bill turned out to be a 1050 dollars so the lady knocked off 30 dollars which I thought was fair. Plus she said my next oil change was on them. The time it took for the service was way faster than I expected also. I will continue to do business with Tony Serra because they have such a great service department and do what they say. More

My vehicle has been in the shop for 4 months and the only way I know what is going on or is my vehicle ready is me calling the dealership. If I leave a message, nobody return my call. I had to get a loaner car from them and it was not the best. I thought you something compatible to what you were driving. The vehicle I was driving is an SUV. They gave me a small car called the Altima and it was dirty inside and out, and I had to fill it up before I went back home because it only had a fourth tank of gas usually the dealerships will filled up your car and at least give you a clean vehicle And one that’s compatible to what you were driving so I have not been happy with the services of this particular dealership, I have been trying to get a larger vehicle since my car been in the shop and continuously get told that this is the largest one they have which is the Altima. The friendliest person there seems to be Miss Patricia and she was also the most helpful. The new service manager Ashley she seems to be friendly too and a little more helpful but needless to say my experience with this particular dealership is not one I would recommend to anybody. By the way, my car is still in the shop and I’m still driving this Altima. More
