just not the same without Shan the manager. The service was okay but they didn't explain what all they checked like they always did when Shan was the manager. I could tell she wasn't there anymore even though i didn't know anything about it. Its a good thing that ya'll got Fred back because him and Shan was the masterpiece of this Nissan Dealership. The girls in the office were really nice, nothing against them. Just very disappointed that Shan and Fred both were gone but good to know that Fred did come back. More

Customer service at Tony Serra Nissan is awesome. The service department goes above and beyond to assist me when i go in for service. The young girl who assisted me when I came in helped me understan The service department goes above and beyond to assist me when i go in for service. The young girl who assisted me when I came in helped me understand everything you guys were doing with my car, and answered all of my questions clearly. She was the best customer service rep I have ever had in that location. Her name is Montana Newton!! She is excellent......and whatever you are paying her, it is not enough!! More

Excellent diagnosis and fix in ten minutes I brought my 2018 Frontier in for a diagnosis - it had a terrible wining noise and was a bit hard to steer. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and arrived a I brought my 2018 Frontier in for a diagnosis - it had a terrible wining noise and was a bit hard to steer. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and arrived at 8:15. Mikey (service manager) met me and said they would get it figured out. About 13 minutes later Mikey came in to customer waiting area and explained to me what was wrong and how he fixed it. I was back on the road at 8:32 AM. Cudos to Mikey!!! More
