I was assured that it was not a problem but it was. there is a lack of following up on things and communication. people tend to want to shove you on to the next person because they don't want to deal with the work. Came in for new front brakes and oil change. Job was done quick and no one tried to sell me anything extra. Past experiences really good, not this time?!?! Not a good car service experience this time. First of all, I asked the "new?"service lady to make sure that the tires were all checked and properly i Not a good car service experience this time. First of all, I asked the "new?"service lady to make sure that the tires were all checked and properly inflated, as I checked tire pressure screen on my way to the appointment, ranging from one tire at 36 psi to two tires at 30 psi, which I’m pretty sure was due to low temperature changes over the past several weeks. She asked if I wanted the tires rotated and I said that they normally check the tread and only rotate if the best two tires are not on the front, as I am due to get tires soon. Noticing quite a few new faces in the service department since my last appointment, I sat at the glass window and observed some of the service (not all within my sight) done on my vehicle, most of which appeared to be done by new, or at least different, “technicians” than in the past, some of which seemed a little hesitant in what the were doing/supposed to be doing. I specifically noticed that the tires were not rotated/taken off at all; therefore, not sure if all normal inspections were done, as I did not receive my Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection sheet as I have in past service visits(?). Secondly, when the service lady said I was ready to go and went over the service/bill, I was being charged for a tire rotation, when I questioned that, based on above, she checked with the main technician and he confirmed that a tire rotation was not done, so she took the bill back and removed the charge. Finally, on the the way home, I rechecked the tire pressure screen, and the psi’s were exactly the same as described above in the same tires; therefore, my initial request to check and properly inflate was obviously not done. So, no, not a good experience this time! More
