I have always enjoying going to Tony Serra Nissan until this last visit y'all use to have the most amazing guy check u in u was so nice kept you up to date ,but not this time it was a different person this last visit y'all use to have the most amazing guy check u in u was so nice kept you up to date ,but not this time it was a different person a woman and she was dry and rude ,customer service is not her strong suit anywho I felt very unwelcome she looked at me as if I was in the wrong place and I waited longer than usual to be finished because they had a recall to fix but I didnt know that because I was not notified or told hey it will take a little longer after 2 hrs of sitting I finally had to ask and I wasn't use to that I was use to the nice guy updating me in what was going on and when it was done he would explain what was done but not with this lady I had to ask her what was done and what I was paying for that was not a pleasant experience with Nissan but hopefully it will get better because I love nissan More

All in a Days Work A free 10,000 mile service visit that was I thought was and stated as free turned into a $300 bill. Wish that was stated before going. Never got my survey for the Free Tank of Fuel that they offered. They couldn't do anything with that.. Other than that the actual service was great as far as what they did with the vehicle.....it's just the tricks they do to try to come to them.......What's That!!! More
