Purchased car here and only place I’ve used. Was disappointed in last visit when they told me my brakes needed flushing. I made comment that I had just recently had it done. Came in from a different state for an oil change and tire rotation. Lights/ sensors are still on where it was not reset. Tire pressure light was on, still on. So I am not sure if air was put in it. They didn't tighten the oil pan back right and the oil leaked out. Also did not refill the washer fluid. Will not be back!!! First issue in 3 years and having to wait for a refund. Drove a 2015 Altima for syncing ecm and tcm modules. Payed $645 left on rollback enabled with another $200 bill for that. Not sure why. But had a mechanic that usually works on them. New service manager is nice and understanding. Have always had an issue at this service center. When I call ahead to schedule tire replacements, they do not order them, so when I arrive there are Have always had an issue at this service center. A previous issue was getting my camera replaced under warranty. The service shop reapplied a cover to the electronics incorrectly. They did not use adhesive and it was left flapping and crumbled with no care given to it. Oil changes and normal maintenance take 3 hours or more to complete. I purchased two vehicles here the same day because the car buying experience was great. The service has been subpar. I’m looking forward to what your new service manager can do, because the old wasn’t working. I avoid coming to the dealership for service at all if possible currently. The new manager is trying to make this right. I hope it improves. More
