Scanned my truck almost $400 worth. Told me I need to replace a $5,500 part. Fed the same codes into internet maintenance software. The codes "do not" indicate replacing that part at all. I went back talked to the service manager. Basically he said his master tech knows more then the internet engineers? I can read...the codes "do not" warrant replacement without much MORE diagnostics. I will not be back to Tony Seerra Nissan. I will be reporting their attempted scam to Nissan, the Better Business Bureau and maybe the Alabama attorney general's office. Pretty sure scamming people is illegal in Alabama. More
