Took my newly purchased used F250 to Tony Serra Ford to have some "we owe you" work completed. Not only was the "we owe you" work done timely and properly Colton took care of a couple of recalls that I as have some "we owe you" work completed. Not only was the "we owe you" work done timely and properly Colton took care of a couple of recalls that I ask about. He worked it out to have them done today while I was there. I really appreciate how he took the time to chase down the parts and schedule the additional work on the same day keeping me from having to use my vacation time to come back and compete the task. GREAT JOB today at Tony Serra Ford Service Team and Colton !!! I WILL BE BACK !!! More

Buying from Eddie and Don at Tony Serra Ford is like buying from family. I trust what they say and they do what they say they will do. Two honest men that have integrity that my wife and I love to work with. If they tell you something, you can take it to the bank. They really know how to take care of their customers. This makes 4 vehicles my wife and I have purchased from these two men in the last 2.5 years. That says a lot about them !!! Thanks Eddie and Don !!!!!! More

I am editing this review and temporarily bumping up my rating to three stars and I am optimistic that I can eventually raise it to 5 stars. AFTER I bought the truck, Chad, the sales manager, called me rating to three stars and I am optimistic that I can eventually raise it to 5 stars. AFTER I bought the truck, Chad, the sales manager, called me and apologized. He said there may have been a glitch or error somewhere that prevented me from getting price protection I thought I should have had and me being able to buy the vehicle based on the price quoted to me at the time my order was placed in October. He said he was researching further and if Ford would re-price the truck to him back to the price it was when I placed the order, he would try to honor the original quote and refund the difference. Again, he has already sold the truck, so he did not have to do this and the fact that he did meant a lot to me. It makes me feel better about the dealership. Everybody makes mistakes and the fact that he is at least trying to correct what seems to be one is a show of good faith. If this ultimately turns out favorable, I will edit this review again and raise it to 5 stars because they do seem to be trying hard to get to the bottom of this. For now, what I initially labeled as dishonesty on the part of the dealer may have just been a complicated mistake (and failure to listen to me and communicate). If that is the case, it was unfair for me to label it as dishonesty. Also, Colton, my Salesman has been wonderful. He has been a huge advocate for me throughout this ordeal. He did everything he could possibly do to avoid and the correct the situation. None of this is his fault, I think he is a straight-up honest guy who went way beyond the call of duty, well beyond what I would have expected, in support of the customer. Truck Arrived in May (to be fair, they could not help the delay, that was on Ford). We agreed on a price at the time the order was made (I have it in WRITING). When the truck arrived, after me wating 10 months, they JACKED the price up $5,000, to the FULL STICKER PRICE, take it or leave it. ALL this is in writing. They used me to get the truck ordered and then priced it at Sticker because of the shortage. They say they will match in dealer's price in writing when they will not even honor their OWN price in writing. They took advantage of me and Covid. I am headed to see the GM tomorrow and will edit this review if by chance they make it right. Otherwise I am headed to the BBB and AG's office of consumer affairs (after I post this on every review I can find. Just bought a new 2021 Ford Escape and the salesperson was exemplary as was the manager Greg. Great price, outstanding rates, and a lifetime powertrain warranty for my new vehicle. I also bought the Extended Service Plan to 100k miles and Chad, the business manager made sure I understood how to use it. The whole dealership exudes a family atmosphere and seems to appreciate your business. I will do all of my service work here and continue to buy here. Great group of guys (and gals)! (Eddie Jones was my salesperson) He is the best in the business. Everyone needs to go by and check out what he can do for you. More
