Super Service As Always!!! Federico (sp) in the Service Dept. was very helpful since this was the first time I have ever experienced a problem with either CR-V I've had (got out Federico (sp) in the Service Dept. was very helpful since this was the first time I have ever experienced a problem with either CR-V I've had (got out of my part-time near midnite and car wouldn't start but all the lights were on). He connected me with Honda Care and they had all my info and got me scheduled for the tow. Then Karly called to explain next steps and was kind enough to give me a rough estimate for possible scenarios so that I would be over the shock once a final diagnosis was made. She worked hard to get me a decent final cost for the repair (wouldn't you know it was the batter that was for months past the warranty?!?) and even got me a 20% discount so the total came in under her estimate. Thanks, Karly1!!! More
