Kiana and Kaimana are the fantasic. Have been working with Kiana for around 3 years. Didn't know if it was the luck of the draw but my old service rep was not there anymore. She has been compassionate about my time, needed and future services and have always made time for my call or return call. The price for service at Honda for a 13 years old is about 20% higher then my local neighborhood shop, but for most of the service I have coming back to the same shop and dealer I purchased the truck. Got the work done faster than predicted. We showed up with a problem without an appointment and were immediately plugged in to the service we needed.
