bummer they couldn't fix it. Went to have my car wheel aligned for coupon special 100.00. Drove my car home noticed it was pulling slightly to the right. After second visit took my car home notice it was still pulling slightly right. Called them back again and they said the machine wasn"t working right so they told me to come back again for a third visit. Drove my car home after third visit still pulling slightly right and called them back and they said it was something wrong with my car and to fix it was going to cost over $2000.00. Needless to say I don"t have that kind of money as I"m retired and on fix income so I just told them I"m going to live with it. It would have been nice of them to at least maybe change my old wiper blades for as a courtesy since I paid the $100.00 and I made two more trips and still nothing done. More

They're always excellent in the service they provide. Phone personnel, office personnel, and service managers are always prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only thing that bothers me is the organization using constant survey results to evaluate their employees. Must we be constantly required to pat you on the head and throw you a treat after every interaction? If you were the only business that did this, it would be no issue, but EVERY business does it. It's exhausting and makes one feel obligated and unkind to not comply. It's like dating an overly needy partner. Pretty soon you just want to escape! More

This is like a whole new service department since my last visit. You guys have really upped your game. Got a call the afternoon before my appointment from Kaimana to remind me to bring insurance and registra visit. You guys have really upped your game. Got a call the afternoon before my appointment from Kaimana to remind me to bring insurance and registration for my safety check. Was greeted by Kaimana as soon as I pulled up for my appointment. While she was checking me in someone was already testing my battery and prepping the car for service. Super efficient and friendly service. Car was washed and ready earlier than promised. The Tony Care oil and filter change, tire rotation and car wash package is a really good deal too. Very happy with the service. I waited in the waiting area. Used to have coffee machine. Would like that back but probably removed because of COVID-19? Good job, Kaimana and the whole team! More

Always Great Service! I've been with Kona Honda for years. First a 2003 Honda CRV, then a 2010 Odyssey, 2011 Honda Ridgeline and now a 2016 Odyssey. The Service Department I've been with Kona Honda for years. First a 2003 Honda CRV, then a 2010 Odyssey, 2011 Honda Ridgeline and now a 2016 Odyssey. The Service Department is always attentive to their customers and explains things in a way easy to understand. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! More
