I think your welcoming service team is quick and friendly. The customer lounge area is super clean. The only thing i would ask is ---- if a brand new car was bought at your company, why wouldnʻt you friendly. The customer lounge area is super clean. The only thing i would ask is ---- if a brand new car was bought at your company, why wouldnʻt your service team know that there is covered maintenance and tell the owner that when they bring it in for service: Especially older owners who might forget. My sisters and I bought my mom the car in Dec 2018. She took it there for first maintenance in June 2019 and she PAID for it. She was not advised by the service advisors that there was covered maintenance with this brand new vehicle. The car has been under my name, but it was my momʻs car, so she took it down there. It was also my fault for not reminding her, but shouldnʻt your service team bring that to the ownerʻs attention? More

The Service was provided was excellent. The free car wash is a nice touch. Since that is being offered, I would add a quick inside vacuum as well.
