She knew about the Acura Roadside Assistance Pro She was very helpful in getting my problem figured out and resolved....even though ai have an Acura. She knew about the Acura Roadside Assistance Program (I did not) so I got my car towed to the dealership for free! She followed up with me letting me know what was going on and what was going to happen. She has terrific customer service! Give her a raise! The only downside was no one asked me if I wanted my car washed. Maybe they didn't ask because it was so dirty. But I guess I should be happy that I didn't pay for anything. More

I have always received great service. Lori is my advisor & an excellent one. Everyone is courteous, caring & helpful. They deserve respect from customers & employers . The shuttle service employees are frie & an excellent one. Everyone is courteous, caring & helpful. They deserve respect from customers & employers . The shuttle service employees are friendly & careful drivers. Must applaud the mechanics too! I do most recommended corrections at Honda if my checkbook allows. When I do perform corrections outside of Honda & want it recorded, how do I go about notifying Honda to prevent the recommendation from appearing on my next service?
