I wish I could give a NO STAR rating. These guys will sell you a car and later will only give you the WORST customer service for repairs and service. My car had a recall and they told me These guys will sell you a car and later will only give you the WORST customer service for repairs and service. My car had a recall and they told me my car didn't quality! I call Honda USA and they told me absolutely my transmission on my Honda CRV was on recall. Called Tony Honda Hilo again and they said I would have to pay $200 for diagnostics before they could confirm the problem. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU will regret it. More

Ryu filled in for my regular service advisor who was on a scheduled day off. It was for second diagnostics on intermittent brake problems. He had the unfortunate task of giving me the bad news of the repai scheduled day off. It was for second diagnostics on intermittent brake problems. He had the unfortunate task of giving me the bad news of the repair estimate. I thanked him and picked up the car since I was not about to commit to the repairs at that time. I am currently working with my regular advisor in getting repairs done. Ryu was very good at communicating the cost estimate of repair in a calm and professional manner. While I was not happy with the estimate itself, I did appreciate Ryu’s professionalism and candor. More

I had anticipated a lengthy resolution to the issue on my Ridgeline. The initial inspection did not replicate the problem which was water intrusion into the cab of my Ridgeline. Ryu made arrangements to send the truck to a body shop for further investigation and possible resolution. The truck is back, inspected and the necessary sealant applied. My kudos to Ryu....Arigatou !
