Bought my Last Two Cars There, Will not Buy Another My last experience with Tony Betten & Sons Ford: 1. Quoted me significantly extra for service than another shop 2. After declaring to hold off work on my vehicle while I get a quote from another shop, my car was put up on a lift to begin repair. I know this because I planned on picking my car up and was told so when I arrived. I was told I cannot leave with my car - this was Friday afternoon. Apparently, my Service Rep and the mechanic who began work are incapable of being contacted between Saturday and Sunday and I was told I will have to wait until Monday to get my car. Somehow there was no record of the work done and/or some other mechanic could not deduce what had been done. 3. I came back on Monday - after waiting over two days to get my car. I waited over 10 minutes for my car to get delivered until an employee thought to follow-up on the delay. Another 10 minutes passed and another employee asked what was going on and stated they will check. 5 minutes after that, a third employee stated my car was "lost" and there are people trying to find it. After waiting over 5 minutes more, my car was delivered to me - complete with Iced over windows waiting for me to scrape. This was the worst (vehicle) customer service I have ever experienced in my driving history. More

Very dishonest sales team Bought a 2017 focus. I was assured 3 times by my sales rep that it did not have the transmission issues that the previous years did, even said I would Bought a 2017 focus. I was assured 3 times by my sales rep that it did not have the transmission issues that the previous years did, even said I would buy a different model if it did. Long story short the 2017 has the same transmission so I was lied to all three times I asked. Now 25000 miles and the transmission went out already. Asked them to make it right and was basically told I'm upside down on the car so they won't help. Now I'm stuck with it. Thanks guys. Will never buy another ford again. Can't believe they won't buy this car back. I have bought 3 new cars from them and my family has bought 4. None of us plan on going back. More
Quick and easy! I've used Tony Betten's service multiple times. The service staff listened and did exactly what was needed to correct the issue and explain the "why" I've used Tony Betten's service multiple times. The service staff listened and did exactly what was needed to correct the issue and explain the "why" behind their diagnosis. I can stop here for multiple items and they have the service technicians that can do it all. Waiting area was new and clean. We would recommend this place if you need service. More

Made appointment and did nothing. Made an appointment at 7:30 in the morning for wrench light service engine light on and get a key programmed. Was called at 5:30 and they needed it another day because they did not get to it. They just hooked up a computer to get codes and did nothing else. Told me the wrench light was not on. When I left it came on less than 100 yards from the dealership. Pretty pointless to make an appointment when it means nothing. What a good waste of a day. Made the apointmenon Monday for wed and left knowing nothing more than when I went there. Taking it some where else can that actually cares about there coming customers time. More
Beware I purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition a little over a year ago from Tony Betten Ford. I have had several issues with this truck and absolutely hate it. I I purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition a little over a year ago from Tony Betten Ford. I have had several issues with this truck and absolutely hate it. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here. Five months after purchasing it I had to have the rear differential replaced and 8 months after owning it I had to have the entire engine replaced. My truck has been back in their shop several times since then due to issues with the engine. I just recently dropped my truck off there again and was given a loaner car that I had to take back to have a tire fixed. My expedition is the most unreliable car I have ever purchased. My truck is currently back at the dealership and has been there for almost 3 weeks. Parts were ordered to repair the engine that was just replaced but come to find out it wasn't that part but something else and it needs another engine. I have receipts totaling almost $12,000 in repairs and I imagine with the next repair of another engine it will be close to $20,000. I paid $25,000 for the vehicle. I've spoken with every manager there including the Vice President and they will not help me replace this hunk of junk with a reliable car. At this point my truck is a liability and not an asset. Please don't go here and make the same mistake I did. More
