So Tony the sales manager called me to apologize for what had happen. I was very surprised they made an effort to reach out to me. That means a lot so I gave them another chance since they are right around the corner where I live. He offered me a loaner car and to wave my fee to find out what you as wrong with my car. He also updated my sync since the dealer I bought it from did not do it and ford said it was a dealer only update. Found out later the web site has issue that is why it would not let me do it. They found two sencers that was bad and gave me a price. It took two days to fix it but that is what ok because I had a loaner car. They do charge a 10% fee on the bill for shop supplies. Not sure what shop supplies you need to unbolt a sencer and unplug it, plug in a new one. they did remove the charge after I asked about it. They also programmed a key and cut a new key for me.
