Bought a preowned “certified” 2018 Tiguan from them less than a year ago, put less than 9,000 miles on it and it already needs new brake pads, plus many other problems the dealership is unwilling to take re than a year ago, put less than 9,000 miles on it and it already needs new brake pads, plus many other problems the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility for. I want to make sure to leave a review in all places I can for this place. My Tiguan that I got from here is leaking water inside. Just save your self money and time buy your new vw somewhere else. Took over two months to get car registered and was driving with an expired temp plate for over a month. they did not install front li somewhere else. Took over two months to get car registered and was driving with an expired temp plate for over a month. they did not install front license plate bracket on a brand new car. They just threw in the back of the car. I would of did myself but with all the sensors in front I wanted to make sure its properly installed. Dont have time to go another dealer so I got a $65 ticket two days in row for not having front plates installed. Dealership is trash. Should of went my instincts and walked out. More
Went in to get a new Jetta, was met by Jim A. really great salesman, we worked everything rather quickly and smoothly, I knew that I would be in the dealership awhile (2-3 hours seems normal these days) great salesman, we worked everything rather quickly and smoothly, I knew that I would be in the dealership awhile (2-3 hours seems normal these days) so I was expecting to be there while everything was processed, Jim was super and kept us pretty entertained, would of been a 5 star review if it wasnt for one thing......THE MUSIC WAS HORRIBLE, must of heard the same songs at least 3 times and they were all this ultra modern crap, looking around the showroom it seems most of the customers were at least in their upper 30's to the 50's, change the station it is pure torture. More
