Tom Wood VW of Noblesville offered excellent service for my Passat. The oil change was completed in a timely manner using a high quality oil and filter. The service tech also completed a thorough inspection my Passat. The oil change was completed in a timely manner using a high quality oil and filter. The service tech also completed a thorough inspection and identified that my brakes needed replaced. The guest wifi didn't work though so couldn’t connect my laptop to get work done while waiting. We not only got the best deal at Tom Wood, but also had the best experience with Trey Hill. He answered all of our questions with a lot of patience and was able to help us narrow down what was most import the best experience with Trey Hill. I would NOT bring your Volkswagen here. They not only have poor time management but even worse customer service… especially their general manager. The lack of respect given to PAID customers is ridiculous and I was told after my $1200 repair that it was my warranty company who made it take longer when in fact they had never even reached out to them unless I was consistently calling, and to be clear I have the receipts for those messages along with confirmations from the dealership. Not even two months after paying for the repair my 2014 Jetta stalls on me and surprise… it’s because they didn’t repair everything correctly. Their general manager actually told me, “When did you become a mechanic all of a sudden”, as I was reading off where the repair wasn’t completed. I guess I had to become one when they couldn’t do their jobs properly. More
