My GTI was not heating properly i Thanks to Allie, Morgan, Brian and the whole team at Tom Wood VW in Noblesville for taking such good care of my car. My GTI was not heating properly inside and I was using my seat heaters to keep me warm. My suspicions were confirmed when they diagnosed a bad heater core. The part was not readily available so they offered me a loaner without asking. It was a very nice somewhat loaded Passat and we got full use of it and the great ride. All in all a great experience even though a little pricey I have over 185,000 miles on my GTI, and I feel fortunate to have it since I’ve never ever put that many miles on any of the more than 20 cars I’ve owned or had the pleasure of driving. When we decided to purchase a new VW beetle, we again visited the Tom Wood VW Noblesville dealership to look @ the new beetles. Found just what we were looking for!! Mike Karpy appeared on the lot & was VERY informative of the new VW beetles as opposed to the outdated technology of our 2012 beetle. We chose the VW beetle we wanted and proceeded to the finance dept, aided by the the very competent Lauren Bailey. She was direct, to the point, & very efficient! We were in & out of the finance office in less than 30 minutes! The best finance experience we’ve ever had!! More
