Not knowledgeable They will tell you anything to sale you a car then when it comes down to it they won’t help you at all to come through with what they say they will. You can call and go in all you want they won’t pass you to a manager they all become managers and tell you well there’s nothing we can do it was a new sales man and he doesn’t know any better. They have costed me hundreds because I have had to do it myself. More
Most confusing car purchase ever ! 1. Salesman number 1)the internet manager is terrible representative. I was purchasing the car sight unseen so I likely had more questions that his lo 1. I was purchasing the car sight unseen so I likely had more questions that his local buyers but my questions seemed to enrage him to the point his language / tone in his texting turned impatient and condescending . But since he is the internet manager I can’t be that unique of a buyer. So I asked my wife to find another person 2. Salesman number two seemed totally inexperienced with car sales in general and we ended up having to deal with another person that was suppose to be in charge to get things back on tract on multiple occasions. The paperwork exchange via Fed Ex was a fiasco. The salesman kept asking for the check knowing the paperwork we had received was wrong twice. 1. Incorrect color description in paper work vs actual car blue vs black 2. Incorrect vin number on paperwork. 3. Incorrect car description altogether ... we think they sent us someone else’s paperwork to sign.. ..my wife had to send the paperwork back to them twice so they could correct them ...the scary part is that they were clueless until we identified the problems and we don’t sell cars for a living . 4. Due to the paperwork delay the transportation company that is transporting the vehicle for us to Texas from Indiana had to be rescheduled three times...the so far haven’t charged us extra but we haven’t received the car or the bill yet due to the dealers delay. 5. Lastly the dealer refused to let us have the car checked by an authorized mechanic prior to our purchasing the car. That had never been a problem for us in the past. If we weren’t so familiar with this type of car we would have walked away shaking our heads but the choices nationally are currently limited.This will be our 4th car of this kind so we think we know what to expect..(. fingers crossed ) Anyway good luck if you decide to trade with these guys in the future but be sure to be in your A game because you will likely end up having to sell yourself the car and then do the paperwork to boot ! If someone cares enough to contact me from the dealer I have all the text exchanges to back up everything I have shared in this post but I’d don’t expect to hear from them now that they have received the cash. We wired it to them once the paperwork was finally corrected .... You expect a few glitches when purchasing a car but this one took it to a new level of frustration ! But in the end they got the cash and to them that must be first and foremost ! I can’t imagine what their service department is like if they treat you like this while your in the processs of buying the car. More

Not very good on customer relations Sales person made promise and did not follow through. Manager promised reimbursement for things they stated was done.
