Great Sales. Terrible finance Manager Do not finance through them. Andy Skinner (the finance manager) pushed hard to sign us up for the Smart Payment Plan. This is a scam where this company is between you and your lender and the middle company charges you $2.50 every time you make a payment and then on top of that if you pay extra towards your loan they pocket that money up to $400 so over the life of a 5 year loan you pay $700 for the "convenience" of making your car payment. Andy did not explain any of these fees and it was presented as if you had to use this service. I'm sure Tom Wood also gets a kickback from this scheme since they push it so hard. More
