Summary- So far so good, and that's saying a lot coming from this Extremely Frugal shopper like me. Now if they are fair on service I'll bump it up to five stars. I'm a huge TDI fan (this is my third) but I'm VERY cheap so when I heard the Diesel-gate cars were coming back out I was interested. Test drove a Jetta TDI in Ohio (King's Auto) but it was a little tight inside. When I got done with the test drive I could smelled something familiar burning. Thought it might be a fluid on the exhaust after changing all the fluids but no smell under the hood. I could smell it outside the car, then it hit me, stuck caliper. I felt the wheels and one of them was warm. They had a service guy come out and he did the same and said yep,that's probably the issue. The sales guy with the funky hair was clueless. Their service guy took it right in to take care of it. These cars have been sitting for a couple years so these types of things can go wrong but many of them are great cars with low miles on them. I then decided to look at the Passats closer to home. My neighbor has a very nice looking one that I've always loved. Trey welcomed me in and we started the hunt. I test drove a few but found some cosmetic issues that I decided to pass on. I finally found one with very low miles on it and like brand new inside. Carfax looked clean but later in sun found that one door had been repainted. Wasn't on the Carfax so don't blame dealership for not seeing it. They had to pull my credit, which I had frozen, and Experian was a royal pain. They should be fired from the credit business. Transunion was fast and easy and my score was very high so I was approved. I wasn't too happy that they had to check my credit with 4 inquiries (if they all happen within 14 days they count it as one). Then because I switched cars after they pulled my credit, Key bank had to check it again, another hit...grrr. Trey worked hard finding me cars and letting me test drive it. I took it overnight more than once. It feels like a great car, so smooth and great mileage. As for the sales process there I had little to complain about. Pretty straight forward and pretty quick to try to get the car in shape for sale. I think like most dealerships they talk about 140 point inspections but its pretty obvious its more like 20 point inspections because they have so many to do and time is valuable. They seem to take care of the recall stuff but doubt that they get to everything else thoroughly. The good news is, these are quality cars(TDIs) , not fancy BMW junk, so as long as you drive it and everything feels good and no issues you should be getting a good car. More

The car was great and what I wanted, they fixed the couple issues with the car that I had (greasy spot in interior, working in cost for new tires) the only issue I had was the safety and security costs couple issues with the car that I had (greasy spot in interior, working in cost for new tires) the only issue I had was the safety and security costs that weren’t mentioned until the very end that would add almost a thousand dollars to the car costs. Solid Experience Was looking for an SUV and chose a 2019 VW Atlas to test drive. Due to heavy rain, Ryan Behner pulled the vehicle into the service area to look at. Lauren Bailey, the Sales Manager was great when it was time to work on a satisfactory deal (both with our trade in and the price of the vehicle). Bought the Atlas and it handles nicely and is not too big, but just right for hauling our two folding recumbent trikes. I drove approximately 5 hours a few days after taking possession and the ride was comfortable and quiet. More
