He answered every question with knowledge and kindness. I'm 68 and my wife is 67, Trey and I talked at length about all the changes that VW has made in recent years to improve the brand. Trey was very respectful while teaching us both about how the dealership stands behind their cars. We both feel that we walked away with a brand new car. We both hope the service department can match Treys expertise and our expectations! My wife got a new (used) car for Valentines Day.
