I visited Tom Wood on Friday, May 29, 2010 to learn more about this program since I was in the market for a new auto. We have leased for the past several years. We enjoy a new car every two to three years and have found this to be our best option. The service we received from the sales personnel was very poor. They were not aware of the lease option and didn't show a great deal of interest in learning about this option. The sale person went to the sales managers office after our prompting. He returned 10 minutes later and handed us a piece of paper with the lease details. He did not offer to explain the details I guess he wanted us to read the offer. It was very strange exchange and my husband I both felt as if we were getting the brush off. I guess the sales person thought if we had to lease that couldn't afford the vehicle. We left the showroom very disappointed and determined they didn't need our business. We went across the street and purchased a Mercedes-Benz SLK. I would not recommend the Tom Wood Dealership to anyone. They made a very bad impression on the Porsche brand. More
