I have been very happy with the service that I have received at Tom Wood Porsche since moving to the area a few years ago. I shipped my 911 from southern California to Indy before the moving van could transport the rest of our belongings to our new home. The dealership graciously took delivery of the car, serviced it, and held on to it until I could get it picked up. I most recently realized that I only had one working key, so I took the three keys I had in to figure out the problem. For a nominal fee, all three keys were reprogrammed and I am so happy that if I misplace a key, I have backups. Thank you to Dakoda and the service team for going the extra mile to get everything back in shape! More
I took my porsche to Tom Wood Porsche this week for a scheduled service visit. The service intake person was courteous and reviewed every detail of the service plan with me for approval. I was surprised to get a text with a narrated video from the service technician showing the completed work on the car and pointing out potential problems (tire tread wear). I received a text link to the final invoice for approval. Everything was very professional. More

I have had decent experiences with the dealership in the past but my most recent encounter was less than stellar. I enjoy the brand immensely but after this experience l will definitely have second thoughts past but my most recent encounter was less than stellar. I enjoy the brand immensely but after this experience l will definitely have second thoughts when it comes to who I spend my hard earned money with in the Indianapolis auto market. It is disheartening when a company does not stand behind their products even though they are still under warranty. I even paid to have the factory Certified Pre Owned Warranty extended on the vehicle an additional year just to ensure coverage. I drove the car 1400 miles since I purchased it and then I get handed a quote for $10k for a wear and tear item on a car that has a total of 11k miles. This is unacceptable and I do not understand how anyone would think that this is the way you do business. If the car had been properly inspected prior to delivery, the issue would have been identified and rectified prior to delivering the vehicle. Instead they pass the bill on to the customer to pay even though their certification process is extremely flawed. I feel unappreciated as a loyal customer and I unfortunately will be forced to take my business elsewhere. More
Sold me a lemon! ! Yes I’m a customer that purchased a 2020 taycan back in October from TOM WOOD PORSCHE. I’ve been able to drive it for a total of a month. Cars been !
