Brought my 2020 Ford Edge in for scheduled maintenance. Lexi & Chaley did an EXCELLENT job of customer service! Also asked Collin Kleckner if he had any way of finding a piece of jewelry that had fallen Lexi & Chaley did an EXCELLENT job of customer service! Also asked Collin Kleckner if he had any way of finding a piece of jewelry that had fallen through the steering wheel column, within minutes he had found the jewelry. The worst dealership and service I have ever experienced. Brought my car in for a scheduled serviced in the morning. They told me they would call by 2pm with updates. At 3pm I got no call.
