I don't trust my service issues are completely "resolved". I purchased my car at Tom Wood. I thought that the service experience would be a cut above having done so. My experience was immediately soured with I purchased my car at Tom Wood. I thought that the service experience would be a cut above having done so. My experience was immediately soured with a mechanical problem with the accelerator sticking which caused an accident. This issue was very well documented on many blogs as real. After a long stay in the shop while Ford corporate investigated the issue was found not to be an issue with the car. Most recently I brought the car in for an issue with the AC. Despite the AC being on hot air would blow out, or warmish air but not cold: even when set to Max. When I got the car back the car blew cooler air but never what anyone that rode with me would call AC. The problem has now reverted to the way it was when I brought it in. In looking at the blogs it seems as though the problem that I may have been experiencing then and now centers around the thermostat. At this point I don't trust I'm getting the best service at Tom Wood. So much so, as difficult a job as it looks like it may be I'm considering replacing it myself. Tom Wood is the dealership that is closest to my home, conveniently close to work if I need to shuttle to and from work to get the car. I want to use Tom Wood and usually do because of the proximity, but I don't recommend the dealership to anyone. More
F150 OIL CHANGE QUICK AND EASY. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. THEY TOLD ME IF THERE WERE OTHER ISSUES THEY FOUND WITH THE VEHICLE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS TO HIG QUICK AND EASY. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. THEY TOLD ME IF THERE WERE OTHER ISSUES THEY FOUND WITH THE VEHICLE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS TO HIGH ON SOME OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS DONE. I BELIEVE I WAS TOLD $26 FOR THE WIPER BLADES AND I THINK IT COST $39.90. JUST TO CLEAN BATTERY TERMINALS I WAS CHARGED $62.48 - SEEMS WAY TO PRICY. I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AND THOUGHT THE JOB WOULD COST AROUND $60. THE TOTAL BILL WAS $188.45. I WAS CHARGED $14.76 FOR SHOP SUPPLIES. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT SHOP SUPPLIES WERE USED THAT COST THAT MUCH. I MIGHT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE NEXT TIME. More

Refused Service REFUSED SERVICE! About a year ago we took our 2015 Ford Edge to the dealership for it's first oil change. It was stolen from the lot with the keys i REFUSED SERVICE! About a year ago we took our 2015 Ford Edge to the dealership for it's first oil change. It was stolen from the lot with the keys in it as was their policy after service. We then purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Tom Wood Ford. We called today for its first oil change after multiple emails asking us to come in for service. When we called for an appointment the service tech refused to service the vehicle we purchased from them. He said it's because we wrote a negative review after our vehicle was stolen. We keep receiving email from Tom Wood Ford to come in for service, but now they don't want us unless we apologize for being critical about them allowing our car to be stolen while we waited during an oil change. We had a very good salesman and enjoy our vehicle. Guess we need to find a new dealership. Always had good experiences before this incident, but it appears if you find fault with them, they don't want you around. More
