How hard is it to tighten lug nuts? Brought my F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation on Sept 29th. This was my first experience with this service center as I just moved from out of town. Scheduled an appointment online like I have done at other Ford dealers. My 8:15 appointment started at 8:45 as other people who "walked in" got ahead of me in queue. But the real problem is with the service itself. I ran an errand immediately after the service appointment only to find a lug not on the ground next to my right rear tire. I immediately went to a auto parts store and bought a torque wrench. Tightened the lug nut in question and decided to check the remaining nuts. I found 5 more that were loose and just finger tightened. How in the world does that happen? I waited for nearly two hours for this service and this is the level of work being performed? I am just lucky I did not have far to drive afterwards. More

"Shop Fee's" - Oil & Alignment ? Service was timely and waiting area was nice, comfortable and business friendly. Left dissatisfied with due to a $25 add on fee for "shop fees" whi Service was timely and waiting area was nice, comfortable and business friendly. I would understand this if the work was significant, however to quote rates and then add these fees on to the end was very discouraged. Positive up to the point of payment. More

Excellent service, pleasant surroundings, a little "pricey". Purchased my car from Tom Wood and was pleased with the transaction then. Had it back twice for Ford recall issues. I had just over 5000 miles on the car and needed a 5000 mile service. Made an appointment for service (Very easy). Arrived at appointed time and the car was immediately take to a service bay. Was escorted to the waiting area by an attendant. Was kept informed of the progress. Had been told that the service would take about an hour so had decided to wait. Car was serviced and returned to a parking slot out front in exactly 59 minutes. That is superb service that will keep me coming back. More
