To be honest, buying cars probably ranks in my top 3 most distasteful life experiences. We went to Tom Kelley Volvo and there we met a young salesman named Austin Cooney who helped change my mind about the whole car-buying experience. He was great to work with and we ended up buying a new car from him (with lots of new features). We are low tech people and he's been very patient with us and has made himself available to answer our questions as we work through learning all the features of the car. I would highly recommend him to work with. But it wasn't just Austin who impressed us. There were so many other Kelley associates who stopped by to greet us and congratulate us on our new car purchase. Everything was made very simple and clear and we were given an excellent loan rate thanks to our good credit and Danny Roller's efforts to get us the very best. Of course, you expect car salesmen and their cohorts to be nice to you when you make a purchase but, to be honest, I've been "nosing around" for some time and I have always found the folks at Kelley Volvo to be very nice. I'd had my previous Volvo serviced there for years and Rob Lonsbury in service has been super to work with all these years. I look forward to a continued working relationship with him with our new car. All in all, the folks at Kelley were all very nice and helpful and it was a positive experience. More

A comfortable, no-pressure, very positive experience! I had a lot of questions, even though I'd researched my vehicle online, and Alex was open to all of them. He carefully listened to my needs, made suggestions from his experiences, and helped me build a car that was tailor-made for me! Before the final order, I contacted him several more times, and he was always immediately responsive with the information that I needed, and, each time, encouraged me to contact him, again, at any time, for any reason! He never pressured me in any way, and each interaction was very comfortable and relaxed. It was an amazingly pleasant experience, from our first meeting all the way to our finalizing my order. I could not have asked for a better salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone! More

Trent evaluated my trade-in, and was very courteous. Rob, the head of the service department, was very friendly, and took extra time with me, explaining how their system operates, and how they continue to try to improve it! Great guy!!
