To be honest, buying cars probably ranks in my top 3 most distasteful life experiences. We went to Tom Kelley Volvo and there we met a young salesman named Austin Cooney who helped change my mind about the whole car-buying experience. He was great to work with and we ended up buying a new car from him (with lots of new features). We are low tech people and he's been very patient with us and has made himself available to answer our questions as we work through learning all the features of the car. I would highly recommend him to work with. But it wasn't just Austin who impressed us. There were so many other Kelley associates who stopped by to greet us and congratulate us on our new car purchase. Everything was made very simple and clear and we were given an excellent loan rate thanks to our good credit and Danny Roller's efforts to get us the very best. Of course, you expect car salesmen and their cohorts to be nice to you when you make a purchase but, to be honest, I've been "nosing around" for some time and I have always found the folks at Kelley Volvo to be very nice. I'd had my previous Volvo serviced there for years and Rob Lonsbury in service has been super to work with all these years. I look forward to a continued working relationship with him with our new car. All in all, the folks at Kelley were all very nice and helpful and it was a positive experience. More
