He also was very informative and I am sorry to say that I lost his business card but I do remember his name was unusual, Dwease or something unusual, but we do thank him also. They both did explain one very important feature to us and that being "the warranty program for low mileage used cars". This program has so many more benefits than even the 2016 models so we did purchase a 2015 Traverse with a "lifetime warranty" for the power chain, life time for the car that is.
