The financial guy is a jerk I bought a new car so canceled my extended warranty that cost me $2,600 at the time so I had $$ due back to me & 3 places told me 6 to 8 weeks and he's telling me 90 days canceled my extended warranty that cost me $2,600 at the time so I had $$ due back to me & 3 places told me 6 to 8 weeks and he's telling me 90 days SMH plus can't tell ya how many phone calls to him that he finally got back to me! Terrible service.I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I started having transmission issues with at 42000 miles. even though I still had a warranty on the vehicle they would not replace the transmission or started having transmission issues with at 42000 miles. even though I still had a warranty on the vehicle they would not replace the transmission or do anything. My car has been to the dealership three times already for the same issue. The most that they do is change the transmission fluid. unbeknownst to me the 2015 sensors are plagued with a plethora of transmission problems due to the design of the transmission constantly overheats. I can't even drive the car on the highway for example the Pennsylvania turnpike where the speed limit is 70 that mean you get to any slight incline the transmission backs down goes into a limp mode and starts upshifting downshifting like crazy with the RPMs I even had a video posted on YouTube showing exactly what happened and I showed it to the dealership as well.I had there so cold head mechanic there tell me that that's how the transmission is designed to run and I looked a mess it really your transmission to design so you can to highway speed on the car. And even their corporate customer service wasn't helpful at all. thinking nothing to help me at all either all they said was well if it happens again in the transmission fails then they'll take care of it. Well surprise surprise the transmission was giving me issues again at the dealership wanted me to pay $250 for them to look at it even though Nissan corporate said they would cover everything they wouldn't. I asked why do they have to take the pan down and they said well to see if there's any shavings or anything in it and I said it's a CVT transmission you're not going to have metal shavings because all there is is a steel band that looks like it has staples basically around the whole thing that goes around it controls the variable shifting and if you found anything in the pan that would be because the band itself totally went and some of the little things that look like Staples would be in the pan meaning your transmission wouldn't be shifting whatsoever. All I want to do is make money off you. I told Nissan corporate I wanted them to buy the car back and they wouldn't, all they said is that they couldn't give me trade-in value which unfortunately because the 2015 have so many issues my car basically depreciated almost $9,000 and 3 years and it's worth a xxxx of a lot less than what I owe on the vehicle. I would never ever ever ever ever buy a Nissan product ever again nor would I recommend anyone in my family buying a Nissan product. the dealership is impossible to deal with when it comes to service and the same thing goes for Nissan corporate who said that they would take care of my vehicle if anything happen again. so basically I'm making payments on a piece of s*** car that barely is capable of driving highway speeds that Tom has are Nissan never ever fully look into I asked them to take it out for a drive on the actual highway and try doing 65 70 miles an hour so they can see what happens and they wouldn't do that.the best is they lie to my face and said yeah they were able to recreate the problem and they saw it was happening but yet Nissan corporate according to the notes from the dealership dealership said that they found absolutely nothing wrong and that I'm basically making it up unfortunately the lemon laws in the state of Pennsylvania suck so there's nothing I could even do about it. so when the transmission completely goes which looking at reviews from people on the national highway transportation safety website it appears that most people that have these Nissan's the transmissions fail by the time you have a hundred thousand miles on it with some of them failing at 60,000 miles so when my fails I'm just basically going to have them repossess it. More
